Dinner doesn’t have to be a masterpiece!
Sometimes just a few simple salad ingredients, a packet of wraps and a roast chook can be the easiest thing to do after work and school… much more nutritious then any fast food!
NOTE: You can be super flexible with your salad ingredients, anything you have in your fridge would do!
Serves 6 Ingredients
- 1 bag of spinach and rocket (alternatively, you can use any lettuce; iceberg, cos)
- 2 grated carrots
- 1 diced capsicum
- 1.5 cups of low fat cheese
- 2 medium tomatoes diced
- 1x 150gram tub of herbed chobani tatziki (trust me – it taste just like a cheeseburger)
- 1 packet of Helga’s multigrain wraps
